I work with both adults and senior adults who are seeking clarity, healing, and emotional balance. Whether you're coping with trauma, managing anxiety, or navigating a major life change, my goal is to help you feel safe, understood, and supported. Outside of the therapy room, I'm committed to ongoing professional development, community mental advocacy, and providing accessible care to individuals across South Carolina through secure telehealth.

Individual Counseling
Life can feel overwhelming — but you don't have to navigate it alone. Individual counseling provides a private, supportive space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences.
What to expect:
In individual counseling, you can expect a calm, non-judgmental space where we move at your pace. Together, we’ll talk through what you’re facing, build practical coping tools, and work toward the clarity, healing, and balance you’re looking for. Sessions are typically 50 minutes and can be adjusted to meet your individual needs.
Group Counseling
Group counseling at DRT Clinical Counseling Services offers a supportive and confidential space to connect with others who may be facing similar challenges. Through guided discussion, shared experiences, and practical skill-building, group members can find encouragement, gain insight, and grow in emotional wellness together.
What to expect:
In group counseling, you can expect a respectful, confidential environment where members share experiences, learn from one another, and practice healthy coping skills. Each session is guided with care to encourage connection, personal insight, and meaningful growth.
